The film centers on (Miki Manojlović) and Blacky (Lazar Ristovski), two arms dealers and resistance fighters in Belgrade during WWII. After a group of refugees takes shelter in Marko's grandfather's cellar, Marko convinces them—and his best friend Blacky—that the war is still raging long after it has actually ended in 1945.
