The POS8220 requires a static IP. Do not use DHCP. Download the “Network Configuration Tool” (included in the top driver pack). Set IP to 192.168.1.100, Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0. Then, in Windows, add a Standard TCP/IP Port using that IP.
