The series begins with Scott McCall (Tyler Posey), a typical high school student who is bitten by a werewolf while on a hike. He is rescued by a group of surfer dudes, but not before the werewolf bites him. Scott begins to experience strange transformations and symptoms, which he soon discovers are related to his new werewolf status.
