If the above doesn’t work:
If you have ever purchased an Oculus device (Meta Quest) or run Facebook ads, you have access to priority support. Log into your Oculus or Business Manager account (using a different credential if possible) and request a callback or live chat. Mention that you cannot log into the associated Facebook account. This cross-platform method is often faster than the home page report.

If you are stuck on the Facebook home page and cannot log in, you can report the issue directly through the Report a Login Issue form
Use the Official Facebook Login Issue Form to describe the problem. You will need to provide a contact email and a screenshot of the error.
