While Office 2013 is no longer in mainstream support, understanding its Thai language extension remains relevant for legacy systems in Southeast Asian enterprises. The paper concludes that proper VLSC (Volume Licensing Service Center) sourcing and post-installation configuration are essential for stability, and recommends upgrades to newer Office versions for long-term security.
