The defining feature of Windows 10, compared to its predecessors, is its strict enforcement of driver signatures. A "best" driver must pass this test. Nuvoton’s official drivers, available from the nuvoton.com product page or via the Microsoft Update Catalog, are WHQL (Windows Hardware Quality Labs) certified. This certification is non-negotiable for mission-critical systems. An uncertified driver may work temporarily after disabling Secure Boot, but this exposes the system to rootkits and kernel-mode exploits. Therefore, the best driver is unequivocally the WHQL-signed version distributed either by Windows Update (when the device is connected and Windows detects Nuvoton hardware) or downloaded directly from Nuvoton’s official resources.
