A way to look up Vita serial number without the sticker on PC.
If you buy a Japanese Vita (PCH-1000) but live in the US, the serial number will work fine, but the "O" button will function as "Confirm" and "X" as "Cancel" in the system menus. Checking the serial reveals this beforehand. check ps vita serial number
