In a serene town in Kerala, a man named John D'Silva (Varun Dhawan) runs a local bakery. He is a devoted single father to his young daughter, Khushi (Zara Zyanna), and is known to the locals as a man who despises violence. He befriends Tara (Wamiqa Gabbi), Khushi’s teacher, who begins to suspect there is more to John than meets the eye.
