You should be redirected to the HTML app upon clicking the link. If not, then your browser is old / misconfigured and is ignoring the no cache HTTP headers. Some browsers have aggressive caching enabled by default (like the text-only "Links" browser under Setup > Cache) which may complicate the issue.
